Holy moly! This airline is a disaster zone! They went ahead and tore apart my wife's luggage, tossing it onto the baggage claim carousel in a gaping, open bin. Oh, and they also cancelled her flight and left her stranded overnight! They expect this poor woman to hail a Lyft to a hotel alone at midnight! Can you believe it?
