JetBlue Unveils TrueBlue Travel: A New Era for Customer-Centric Travel

JetBlue has taken a significant step forward in its JetForward strategy with the launch of TrueBlue Travel, a rebranded travel booking platform that aims to create a more customer-centric business. The new platform, which replaces Paisly, is directly tied to JetBlue's TrueBlue loyalty program and emphasizes the airline's commitment to human-first service.

TrueBlue Travel offers expanded benefits and features, allowing TrueBlue members to book more than just flights using their TrueBlue points. Members can now redeem their points for hotel stays, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets, and travel gear like luggage.

One of the key benefits of TrueBlue Travel is points redemption flexibility. Members can now use their points for a wider variety of travel-related expenses, broadening the ways to use their points beyond just flights.

Another advantage is the exclusive member savings. The platform offers personalized deal matching based on travel itineraries, exclusive savings such as up to 20% off hotels, up to 35% off rental cars, and hotel price matching. Free cancellation on rental car bookings is also available.

Members also earn TrueBlue points and Mosaic status Tiles on eligible bookings through the platform. For example, members earn 1 point per $1 spent on hotels, activities, and travel bags; 100 points per rental car day (200 for Mosaic members); and 1 Tile for every $100 spent. JetBlue credit card holders earn even more points per dollar spent.

The JetBlue credit card offers increased points earning opportunities. For instance, The JetBlue Card offers 3 points per $1 spent, while The JetBlue Plus Card and JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard offer 6 points per $1 spent.

TrueBlue Travel is powered by Paisly technology, providing an integrated, user-friendly interface to plan and manage all travel components within one platform, enhancing convenience for travelers whether flying JetBlue or not.

At launch, JetBlue offered double Tiles on car and hotel bookings during select promotional periods, encouraging use of the platform for more loyalty status accrual. The new TrueBlue Travel site is live for bookings, announced on August 5, 2025.

JetBlue's 24/7 support via its "Helpful Humans" team is also available to assist with any queries or issues that may arise during the booking process.

TrueBlue Travel's expansion of the loyalty program makes rewards more flexible, accessible, and useful for members. By encouraging members to engage with the loyalty program across various travel industries, JetBlue is transforming its TrueBlue program into a full travel ecosystem, enabling members to maximize rewards value and manage diverse bookings with TrueBlue points in a single, seamless platform.
