Starting August 1st, Zavyalov Island introduces a brand-new tourist destination! News straight from the project's investor, Igor Dontsov, shares that 50 builders are putting in the sweat and effort to complete the construction on this tropical paradise.
By the end of June, the finishing touches will be added to the reception building and first-line houses, marking the end of the construction phase. Construction manager, Alexei Lazarev, is confident that they'll meet their early August launch target.
So, what can visitors expect at Zavyalov? 🤩
Upon arrival, guests are greeted at the reception building, a hub of entertainment, featuring exhibition areas, a restaurant, lounge, cinema, and socializing spots. Their accommodations take the shape of separate cottages, with 17 cozy retreats ready for reservation.
Once settled, adventure awaits! Zavyalov Island offers exclusive wildlife encounters, like observing reindeer and snow sheep in their natural habitat, and fishing opportunities. For those seeking relaxation, lounge zones are perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
To ensure a seamless and eco-friendly experience, a combination power supply system is being used. This includes diesel generators, solar power, and a small hydroelectric station. Just in case the weather isn't cooperating, diesel generators will be on hand as backup.
